What Reva does
Knee surgery six weeks ago, stiff in the morning. Lower back went out, no shooting pain. There is nothing to configure and no plan to pick. Reva reads what you wrote and tunes the session to it.
Before any session is built, a deterministic code check runs on what you described. Chest pain, numbness, a recent fall, calf swelling: any of these stop the session and point you to care, not a workout.
Three to five movements, in session order: an easy warm-up, the main gentle work, a calm finish. Always starts gentle. Progresses slowly, never past comfortable.
A plain name, one line on what it helps, two to four coaching cues in plain words, a dose in time or reps, and one specific soft caution. No jargon, no Latin.
After each session you tell Reva how it felt in one tap. That felt good and it adds a little next time. Something hurt and it eases right back and suggests checking in with a professional.
Every session is saved: what you described, how the session felt, and what Reva adjusted. On Plus and Care the log goes back as far as you have been using it.
One gentle session a day, tuned to how you feel that morning, with the safety check on every session. A good way to start moving again without a subscription.
What you describe is sent to a model provider to produce your session and for nothing else, under agreements that prohibit training on that traffic. Delete any session, or your whole account, whenever you like.
A session, in detail
Every session has a title, a focus, and a short intro. Then three to five movements in session order. Each movement has a plain name, a one-line purpose, two to four coaching cues, a dose in time or reps, and one specific soft caution. The session ends with red flags to watch for and a line on how Reva will adjust next time.
Total duration is usually eight to twenty minutes. Always starts gentle. No equipment, no mat required.
Example movements
Seated ankle circles
Purpose: gently wake up the ankle and lower leg after reduced weight-bearing.
Cues: sit upright, foot off the floor. Move just the ankle, slow full circles. Breathe out on each rotation.
Supine knee to chest
Purpose: release the lower back and hip flexors with gentle, supported movement.
Cues: lie on your back. Bring one knee gently toward your chest with both hands. Hold without pulling. Breathe into the stretch.
Plus one to three more movements, a progression note, and a red-flag checklist, all built for what you described.
What it works for
If you can describe what is going on in a sentence or two, Reva can build a gentle session for it. What it does not do is give you medical advice, diagnose you, or tell you a session is safe to push through.
One gentle session a day is free with no card required. Describe how you feel and Reva builds it in a few seconds.
